Room service took too long to respond.

The hotel is beautiful and only a

short distance from the main city. The food options were good and the hotel gym was great. However, the bed was a disaster, being too soft despite my request for a hard bed. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.

During my stay, I experienced poor room service. My child was unwell, and I requested cleaning for nearly two hours without any response. I had to go down to the lobby and escalate the issue, which should have been handled promptly.

The location is just great! I loved the comfy beds and the delicious waffles for breakfast. The room had an amazing view of the Shivalik range.

I had a lovely time enjoying the delicious food and the beautiful architecture during my stay. The spa facilities were top-notch with great opportunities for relaxation, including a massage and a steam room. One small issue was that the kettle in the room was a bit dirty, but overall, everything else was just great! 😊

The cleanliness left much to be desired, as tables and bathroom counters showed spots that could be off-putting for some. Additionally, the noise from other guests in the hallways disrupted sleep, compounding frustrations with an unresponsive breakfast service marked by long waits and limited staff.
